Founders' Story
A Culinary Partnership Forged in Switzerland
Chefs David Goldstone and Bryan McConnaughey met while pursuing degrees at the prestigious Swiss Hotel Association in Bluche-Crans Montana. What started as a shared appreciation for classic techniques and bold flavors soon became a vision to bring world-class catering home to New England.
