 Chefs David Goldstone & Bryan McConnaughey    Co- Owners of Wildfire Catering/Amigos Locos Tex Mex Food Trucks

The two chefs met at Les Roches International Hotel School Valais, Switzerland.                       After returning to the US, they pursued careers in fine dining and catering.                         They reunited in 2008 in the Boston area to form Wildfire Catering & Amigos Locos Food Trucks.                               

 David has established roots here in Boston & New York City.  He has worked for the New York Met and Harvard Business School. He managed restaurants in Las Vegas for celebrity chef Todd English and in Boston for Wolfgang Puck. He had the honor to work the Oscars, US Open, & Ryder Cup. Growing up on Cape Cod he worked at restaurants in Wellfleet and Truro. He grew to love the Cape.  He and his family caught local fish, collected clams, mussels and oysters for the family meals.  Dave’s father was stationed in Germany with the US army and he and his mother exposed Dave to Europe and the food. This cemented his life long love of food and travel. When he’s not on Cape Cod or in the mountains Dave enjoys Red Sox and Patriots football games.

 Bryan has worked in several Leading Hotels of the World in Europe and the United States. He has opened, and chef managed several French & Italian restaurants in Atlanta and the Boston area. In addition, he worked for an International food import company specializing in gourmet specialty items from Europe. Bryan has worked prestigious events such as the Olympics, Ryder Cup, European Cup to name a few. Growing up Bryan’s grandfather was a dairy farmer which exposed him to raising cattle, chickens, growing produce and dairy products. His family has always been very passionate about regional and seasonal food. His love of travel and food has brought him searching for truffles in France, cheese makers in Italy, chilis in the Southwest, wine in California and the amazing seafood of New England. Bryan enjoys museums, wine, hiking our local mountains/beaches, and going to his local CSA farm.

 

Chef James Dalton

James has worked at notable restaurants and clubs here in the Boston area such as Eastern Standard, Cambridge Brewing Company, Meadow Brook Country Club. James grew up in north Florida in farm country living among some of the nation’s finest fruits, vegetables and cattle farms.  After a successful college baseball career at the University of South Carolina and the University of Massachusetts James embarked on a career in the hospitality business.  James enjoys working with local seasonal produce, trends and tastes keeping him on the cutting edge of the current culinary scene. James is an accomplished wood worker, Boston Red Sox fan as well as enjoys the local farms and the craft beer scene.

Angela Bonaccorsi  Wedding Coordinator- Event Planner  

Angela’s love for the hospitality industry began at the age of sixteen when she was tending bar for the Boston-Newton Marriott. Angela has worked in nearly all fields of the industry from prestigious Fisher Island-Miami, cruise ships in Hawaii, and boutique hotels. In the Boston she has worked at several popular restaurants and bars. Angela attended Johnson & Wales University- Miami where she received a B.S. in event planning and the cruise industry.  Angela grew up in the Boston area but since then her love of travel has taken her to just about ever state in the country, including living in Breckenridge, Colorado and the islands of Hawaii.
